As mothers, we are often pulled in all different directions, doing lots of good things but exhausting ourselves in the process. From time to time, we need to take a step back and ask God what it is He wants us to be doing, or not doing. Give Him your schedule and ask for His approval (or disapproval). Enlist His help to stay balanced.
