Today's Blessing

In early spring on the farm, the smell of old winter leaves burning signals that winter has passed. The old literally goes up in smoke, to make way for the new growth underneath. Sometimes sweet mom, we need to rid ourselves of wrong attitudes, draining friends, bad habits and every old bit of garbage around. We need a fresh start. Pray for that today.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17, NKJV)
