Today's Blessing

As I reflect now on my mothering years, which was around three decades, I wish I would have prayed more. Prayed more for my husband, my children and myself. Why? Then, if you still need someone, which I did at times, go to a trustworthy friend. That order works.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6, NIV)
