Today's Blessing

When your mind refuses to sleep at night and anxious thoughts, cares and anxieties assault your tired brain – count your blessings. I know it sounds a little simple, but I assure you – it works. Worry and thankfulness are not companions. You can only do one at a time. Choose thankfulness and have a sweet sleep.

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord. (Psalm 92:1, NKJV)
